ZHANGJIAGANG SEAARK TOOLS INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD was founded in 2004. This year 2025 is our 21 years anniversary. We are specialized in exporting all kinds of tool bags. We believe in " Quality is everything, Service enhances value." 
Many customers have been co-operating for more than 19 years and we keep sincerely supporting each other and developing together during the long time. More and more new customers from different countries start to set up business relationship during recent years as well. 

In the year of 2012, we set up our own manufacturing factory.It is a professional manufacturer of all kinds of tool bags . It is 13 years old till now. It is the manufacturing base of SEAARK in China. Its main market is centered in Europe，Australia, Asia & South America. 

We set up a new factory in Cambodia in 2019. Since it can avoid additional tariff to US market and its labor cost is much cheaper, Kunyu is hopefully to be doubled in production capacity comparing with Haiyi in the future. 

Our R & D center keeps developing more than 50 new designs every year. Active Storage is our registered brand. We have many patents for new designs that we can share with our customers all of the world.

We do the BSCI, SEDEX and FCCA, SCS audits every year. We have more than 13 years experience in producing tool bags. Based on the two domestic and Cambodian factories, we can provide our customers with customization service on all of the products.
